Not sure if a bug or an installation error on my part, but DataNucleus Context Menu does not appear

DataNucleus Context Menu does not appear when secondary (right) clicking on project in project explorer or any other areas.

Have restarted Eclipse build ID: 20090920-1017

However, dataNucleus configuration screens are available from properties.

Please advise.

As the docs show, the menu is on Package Explorer. Besides which not using the most recent plugin

Thank you, I did read that and thought it might be a typo or change from a previous release.

TO MAKE SURE YOU GET .FINAL INSTEAD OF .M2 VERSION
To get the latest version, which I assume is .final, REMOVE the check from "Show only the latest version of available software" in Eclipse

would have thought a "final" comes after a milestone (m), sadly Eclipse (OSGi) versioning doesn't respect that

Hi,

I had this too and noticed that the DataNucleus menu does not show up in the Java EE eclipse perspective but does show up and works fine in the Java perspective.
Perhaps this is what is up here?

[osx and windows 7, eclipse 3., dn 2.0.1]

Hi,

I have now figured out that the context menu does not appear from a Project Explorer view but only
from a Package Explorer. This seems to have nothing to do directly with perspectives.
I created the issue NUCACCECLIPSE-6 for this.
