ResourceBundle Eclipse plug-in for editing Localisation files has moved to Eclipse Babel project. It allows edition of multiple languages in a single editor window and raise warnings for missing entries. It's not yet available to download from the Eclipse site, but meanwhile you can download here:http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=125041&package_id=136775

Also got it to repeatedly NPE if you try to open a previous version of a Localisation file, so beware
